most "monospace" fonts are actually duospace. search that on wikipedia

And if this was about those fonts, it would fit. But sitelen pona fonts broadly ''don't'' do halfwidth and fullwidth characters, and the width of Latin characters most often have no correlation to the width of sitelen pona characters. Calling sitelen pona fonts duospaced would be very misleading. When it comes to discussing sitelen pona fonts, "monowidth" is only a term that describes the relationship of character widths ''within sitelen pona''. And unless a font makes kijetesantakalu twice as wide (which mostly doesn't happen either), duospace just doesn't happen within sitelen pona.
