Toki Pona notably has no single, commonly used word for life, in contrast to moli ("dead"). However, there are still various ways to describe life. For example, the words lon ("exist"), moli ala ("not dead"), or sijelo ("body") could be used. However, there is no single official word that specifically refers to life.
