Why does the glyph for "neja" have 3 circles inside of a poki radical if it clearly means "four"? I know it's apparently unknown who coined the glyph, but has anybody ever discussed the topic of why that glyph contains 3 circles and not 4? How do neja users justify this? - Not an answer, but it's not unclear who made the glpyh. The notes on linja sike from lipamanka say
so it's from jan Inwin. As for neja users, there aren't a lot... I wouldn't be surprised if they use the glyph design that neja shares with po: it looks like the number "4".
