Disambiguation pages should allow the reader to reach the intended article as quickly as possible. To that end:
*Links should preferably use exact article titles.
*If the article titles do not give enough clarification, a parenthetical or short sentence fragment may be added after the link.
*If there is not a full article on the subject, the link may come later in the sentence fragment if that makes for better phrasing.
*The link to the relevant article should be the <em>only</em> link in an entry.
