Dictionaries

There are many different dictionaries of Toki Pona. They may list varying sets of words, for reasons including the era of their last updates, the creators' awareness and opinions of nimi sin, and other subjective metrics for how many words Toki Pona has. Entries may also differ in formatting and the amount of information recorded.

In the post-ku era, much dictionary work has centralized around the Linku project. Many dictionaries not using the Linku dataset either have become historical in their coverage, or are motivated by a specific philosophy or teaching goal that differs in scope.
