The UCSUR is the "Under-ConScript Unicode Registry." It attempts to standardize the Unicode codepoints in the Private Use Areas for constructed scripts that wouldn't be accepted in Unicode.
The Under-ConScript Unicode Registry (UCSUR) is a volunteer project founded and maintained by Rebecca Bettencourt to coordinate the assignment of code points in the Unicode Private Use AreasPUA for the encoding of artificial scripts, such as those for constructed languages. It is the successor of the ConScript Unicode Registry, founded by John Woldemar Cowan and maintained by him and Michael Everson.

sitelen pona was proposed for the UCSUR in August 2021 and has a specification.

Codepoints
There are instructions for making sitelen pona UCSUR work on your computer. In many applications, you only need to install a compatible font. There are also some input methods.
The following table includes the defined codepoints for the block Sitelen Pona (U+F1900–U+F19FF). It consists of all nimi pu and nimi ku suli, as well as four nimi ku lili (pake, apeja, majuna, and powe). It also features punctuation and format controls. Without proper rendering support, you may see Specials (Unicode block)#Replacement character.

Defined codepoints
These will render as "missing glyph" boxes unless you have a compatible font installed, or the website or application has one embedded. You can see which fonts sona pona has embedded at MediaWiki:Common.css.

As of November 2023, the following fonts have support for UCSUR:
Some recommended sitelen pona fonts in terms of compatibility are:

Input methods
Web-based text converters exist: Hello React!, ilo lili pi sitelen pona. These require opening a website every time you want to access sitelen pona characters.

ApplicationRendering support
Discord
Discord must be modified to add sitelen pona font support. This is against its Terms of Service, and may cause action to be taken against your Discord account.

Desktop
The main way to add compatibility is to install sitelen pona fonts onto your computer and add them to the CSS font stack. Aside from the aforementioned risks, this CSS seems to be outdated as it does not include gg sans, the main interface font added in December 2022.
In order to add font support on desktop, simply install sitelen pona fonts with UCSUR compatibility onto your computer.

Discord
Desktop app
In order to add font support for sitelen pona, the Discord app must be modified. This goes against its Terms of Service and may cause action to be taken against your Discord account. Modded versions of the Discord desktop app include Powercord and BetterDiscord.

For the web version of Discord, you can use a standard custom stylesheet extension like [Stylus. Be sure that the new stylesheet applies to URLs on the domain <code>discord.com</code>, rather than the URL for a specific page or channel.

Install sitelen pona fonts with UCSUR compatibility onto your computer and add them to the CSS font stack.
