This page needs to be reworked or scrapped. "Common" does not mean the same thing as "lexicalized"
Most of the phrases listed in this page are used with more than one meaning in different contexts, and that meaning is expressed using more phrases than just the "lexicalized" one - ie, it's not a lexicalized phrase *at all*. There *are* some phrases which new learners especially lexicalize *during early learning* but they are not lexicalized in the wider communities of proficient speakers
