This page, in principle, serves as a aggregator of common mistakes teachers see learners make, along with easy misconceptions or confusions that can arise in learning. It is culled from the Misconceptions sections of the particle articles. Standardizing the structure of these articles is a priority. Are there also similar possibilities from other articles that should be included here? JPeton (talk) 18:24, 9 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

The list of errors in telo misikeke comes to mind as a starting point. (edit: Have added them to its article so that no one needs to trawl through the source code.) Menasewi (talk) 19:36, 9 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Very good. Agreed that that should remain in the telo misikeke article. JPeton (talk) 16:10, 10 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Title[edit | edit source]

Maybe "Beginner Mistakes" isn't a great title for this page. My understanding is that this aggregates the "what [insert feature of Toki Pona] isn't" parts of the grammar pages, since there's a lot of times when beginners will think something is a way that it isn't. Maybe "Common Misconceptions"? --JPeton (talk) 18:34, 9 November 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
