kijetesantakalun't is a obscure style of speech that avoid the use of the content word kijetesantakalu.
Motivations
- Inability to speak Toki Pona.
- Alternatively, if using a Signed Toki Pona, a lack of usable appendages
- Refusal to use joke words.
- Concerns that the word is too long..
- Cancelation of kijetesantakalu after recent mushroom theft allegations (see kijetesantakalu tonsi li lanpan ala lanpan e soko?).
- As part of pu-rism, which avoids using any words not found in lipu pu.
- A deep hatred towards procyonids.
- Refusal to use words derived from Finnish (see Sumin't).
- In protest of the influx of "n't" articles on the website sona pona. (see n'tn't).
- Difficulty writing the sitelen pona or sitelen sitelen glyph.
Possible issues
- The use of kijetesantakalun't comes with several challenges. Firstly, a kijetesantakalun'tist is unable to use the popular number system nasin nanpa kijetesantakalu, a base six numbering system making use of the word kijetesantakalu.
- a kijetesantakalun'tist isn't able to discuss procyonids as easy as other Tokiponists, and may have to instead use the word soweli. This may cause problems if the kijetesantakalun'tist is a sowelikijetesantakalun'tist, and uses the style of speech sowelin't.
- a kijetesantakalun'tist is unable to say the word kijetesantakalun't, making it hard to explain that one doesn't use the word kijetesantakalu
- kijetesantakalu is frequently used as a headnoun, making several people unmentionable.
