Introduction

this is a problem that reoccurs in the articles about people, please don't list some random thing that they did as the first thing just because we have an article about it. firstly, should we have an article on this person? secondly, what do they do, like in general? jan Juwan (talk) 16:44, 29 February 2024 (UTC)

For now I changed it to "...is a Tokiponist and a prominent member of the ma pona pi toki pona Discord community." As far as I know, that is the main thing why she is notable in the context of Toki Pona, and I don't know if there is anything known about her IRL occupations.

I'm actually also not sure that a person's job or degree is super relevant on a wiki about Toki Pona. I guess it's usually good to mention if it's public knowledge, but I feel like we're feeling a need to add that info that mostly because Wikipedia does it. Or perhaps because we can't think of anything better to describe succinctly who a person is other than "Tokiponist". jan Pensa (talk) 14:22, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
