The Toki Pona Bible Project (lipu sewi pi toki pona) is an effort to translate the Bible into Toki Pona, covering the Old and New Testaments, as well as apocrypha. The translation is released under the CC0 public domain dedication.[1]
The project was started on 13 November 2022 by jan Kupa (@kuba.konsi on Discord). As of February 3, 2024, 874 out of 38 450 verses (2.3%) have been translated.[2]

Methodology
Members of the translation team are divided into roles: translator, proofreaders, and biblical language specialist.[4] The translation method starts when a translations submits an initial draft, these may be based of any existing translation of the Bible. Proofreaders and a biblical language specialist check the translations against the Hebrwe and Koiné Greek versions.
