The semantic spaces of the words kule and poki may be experimentally and metaphorically extended to refer to intrinsic and extrinsic attributes.[1]

  • kule refers to any inherent, immutable attribute such as composition or sensory information.[1] This can include color, flavor, smell, timbre, pitch, texture, gender identity, and more.
  • poki refers to any attribute imposed by cultures, institutions, people,[1] and other external forces. It is comparable to the English phrase "put someone in a box", and can include "any categorization, classification, role, societal abstraction, or typology".[1] The sense of "role" is often extended to user roles on Discord.
