The video "Toki Pona: The Language You Can Learn in a Day" by Half as Interesting (released December 15th, 2022) contains various errors. pakola and Sini are typos of pakala and sina, respectively.

Throughout 2023, several people started using pakola as a tongue-in-cheek way to say pakala. pakala's semantic space includes the meanings "botched, broken, screw up", so using a botched way to spell the word is fitting in a way. Some people say that they use pakola for something that is especially botched or broken, more so than when they use pakala.
