lokon was coined by jan Kamila and soweli Wipa in 2018 as a compromise between lukin and oko.

sitelen pona[edit | edit source]

A proposed sitelen pona glyph for lokon (lokon) represents the eyes emoji (👀) and typically faces left, unlike the glyph for oko which faces right.
