Etymology[edit | edit source]

The word nele is derived from reversing len and repeating the vowel to make the word phonotactically valid. It was coined by jan Emalan with workshopping from soweli Kina in 2021.[1][2]

Semantic space[edit | edit source]

The semantic space of nele includes transparent objects and the act of uncovering, making something clear or without obstructions, both literally and figuratively. It serves as an antonym of len.
