umesu is a marginal content word meaning "to amaze someone (by being on top of a leaderboard of a word game)".
Etymology
The word umesu is derived from Iqglic umeyz, meaning "amaze". However, a more correct transliteration might be amesu, since in Iqglic, ⟨u⟩ is pronounced /ə/. It was coined by jan Wija in 2021.

In nimi ale, the definition of this word is "to amaze people by being on top of the Acrophobia leaderboard". The definition in Linku and nimi ale pona changes the definition to be any Toki Pona game, and not just Acrophobia.[1]
