Etymology[edit | edit source]The phrase o moku e kala pona was coined by jan Sonja in a Toki Pona meetup in Texas,Toki Pona: The Language of Good with the following sentence:
jan Maliku o!
sina mije pona.
ale li pona.
o moku e
Cultural significance[edit | edit source]
Singer and songwriter jan Usawi coined two new words similarly to omekapo for their songs omakalike (2021), short for o moku e kala ike, and omekalikante (2022), short for o moku e kala ike ante.
